Job summary

Therapy Care is hiring Complex Care & Behaviour Disability Support Workers to join our Western Sydney team in Campbelltown. This casual, entry‑level role provides daily living support, personal care, and community access to participants with complex needs.

You will work across 6am–10pm shifts with 2:1 to 1:1 support. Requirements include Cert III in Individual Support or Disability, NDIS Worker Screening, WWC, First Aid & CPR, and a valid driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert III in Individual Support or Disability.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & 4 x NDIS Orientation Modules.
• WWC – Paid employee check.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Valid Driver’s License and insured vehicle.
• Experience with participants with complex behaviors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2:1 to 1:1 support in home, community, or day programs.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support participants with independence and community access.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting.
• Build rapport and communicate effectively with participants.
