Job summary

Randstad is seeking an Accounts Payable Support Officer on a full-time, temporary basis to aid a busy end-of-year period in Queensland. The role emphasizes high-volume invoice processing, data validation, and strict adherence to SLA requirements.

You will handle end-to-end AP tasks, perform two-way/three-way matching, and work with TechOne or Concur where applicable. The assignment runs from 9 November to 4 January, with a fast-paced finance team and equal employment opportunity practices.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of GST treatment and invoice matching principles.
• Experience with TechnologyOne (TechOne) and/or Concur preferred.
• Accurate with large data volumes; excellent attention to detail.
• Committed to the full assignment duration with minimal training required.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-volume end-to-end invoice processing, upload and route supplier invoices and purchase orders.
• Conduct two-way and three-way matching against purchase orders, identify variances and resolve coding or GST issues.
• Review system-captured invoice data to ensure accurate amounts, line items and vendor details.
• Provide dedicated Accounts Payable processing support to clear backlogs and meet SLA targets.
• Maintain electronic audit trails and support the broader finance team with ad-hoc transactional duties.
