Job summary

Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Support Officer for a full-time, temporary role in Queensland. The assignment runs 9 November to 4 January, supporting a busy finance team during end-of-year activity and backlogs.

You will handle high-volume invoice processing, two-/three-way matching, GST reviews, and data validation while maintaining accurate audit trails and meeting SLA targets. TechOne and Concur experience is preferred, with a proactive, fast-learning mindset.

Qualifications

Proven end-to-end Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong working knowledge of TechOne and/or Concur is preferred.
Solid understanding of invoice matching, GL coding, and GST treatment.
Excellent speed and accuracy with large data volumes and variances.

Responsibilities

Driving high-volume end-to-end invoice processing, uploading and routing supplier invoices and purchase orders.
Conducting two-way and three-way matching against purchase orders, identifying variances, and resolving coding or GST discrepancies.
Reviewing system-captured invoice data to ensure accuracy of amounts, line items, and vendor details.
Delivering AP processing support to clear backlogs and maintain SLA during busy seasonal workflows.
Maintaining accurate electronic audit trails and supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties.
