You will work with procurement, project teams and finance to resolve issues, support month-end close, and ensure internal controls and audit readiness while handling multi-currency invoices and supplier prepayments.

Qualifications

• High-volume AP processing experience preferred.
• Experience with purchase orders, approvals and invoice matching.
• Multi-currency invoice handling and supplier prepayments.
• Ability to work across multiple entities and projects.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Accounts Payable processing in a high-volume environment.
• Process large volumes of supplier invoices across multiple entities and projects.
• Review and validate purchase orders, approvals, coding, and invoice matching.
• Process CapEx and asset-related invoices for construction projects.
• Ensure accurate cost allocations across projects, assets and cost centres.
• Manage supplier prepayments and ensure correct allocation against invoices.
• Handle multi-currency invoices and payments.
• Review employee expense claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and resolve AP issues.
• Support month-end close, accruals and reconciliation.
