You will handle high-volume supplier invoices, PO validation, coding, and cost allocations, while maintaining strong controls and supporting month-end close.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Accounts Payable processing in a high-volume environment.
• Processing large volumes of supplier invoices across multiple entities and projects.
• Reviewing and validating purchase orders, approvals, coding, and invoice matching to ensure accuracy.
• Processing high-value CapEx and asset-related invoices for construction projects.
• Ensuring accurate allocation of costs across projects, assets, and cost centres.
• Managing supplier prepayments and ensuring correct allocation against invoices.
• Handling multi-currency invoices and payments.
• Reviewing and processing employee expense claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Investigating invoice discrepancies and resolving AP issues with suppliers, procurement, and project teams.
• Working within complex approval workflows and ensuring coding accuracy.
• Assisting with month-end AP close activities, accruals, and reconciliation support.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements.
