Job summary

Luxury Escapes in Sydney is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. You will manage end-to-end AP across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment, from invoice processing and payment runs to supplier relationships and month-end close.

You will also support NetSuite implementation testing and process documentation, with a focus on accuracy, timely processing, and strong controls.

Qualifications

• Commercial accounts payable experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment.
• Hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience across accounts payable, purchase orders and approval workflows.
• Strong three-way matching and GL coding experience.
• Experience managing payment runs across multiple entities and currencies.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and ability to prioritise deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
• Complete three-way matching between POs, receipts and invoices.
• Support PO creation, approvals and invoice workflows.
• Run regular payments across multiple entities and currencies.
• Load payments to banking platforms and issue remittance advice.
• Maintain supplier master data including bank detail changes.
• Respond to supplier and budget owner queries promptly and professionally.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor the AP inbox and ageing daily.
• Support month-end close with accurate cut-off and accruals.
• Provide documentation for audits and NetSuite testing.
• Assist in improving PO, matching and approval workflows.
