Job summary

Luxury Escapes in Sydney is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. You’ll manage end-to-end AP across multi-entity, multi-currency operations, including invoice processing, three-way matching, payments, and month-end close.

You’ll also support Oracle NetSuite testing and process documentation as we continue our ERP implementation. The role demands attention to detail, strong communication with suppliers and stakeholders, and a proactive approach to process

Qualifications

Commercial experience of accounts payable in a high-volume, multi-entity environment.
Hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience across accounts payable, PO and approval workflows.
Strong experience with three-way matching and GL coding.
Experience managing payments across multiple entities and currencies.

Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices accurately and within turnaround times with correct coding.
Perform three-way matching and support PO creation and approvals.
Run payments across entities and currencies including off-cycle payments.
Maintain supplier master data and respond to supplier queries.
Assist with month-end close, accruals, and reporting.
