Job summary

Firmus Technologies in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an AP Officer to support accurate, timely processing of supplier invoices as we scale our AI infrastructure projects.

You will handle high-volume AP with PO compliance, coding, and cross-entity/currency invoicing, while aligning with procurement, project teams and finance. This is a permanent full-time role with exposure to CapEx and month-end close within a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• High-volume invoice processing experience preferred.
• Experience withCapEx or asset-related invoices preferred.
• Experience with construction, infrastructure, data centre projects is advantageous.
• Multi-entity and multi-currency environment experience preferred.
• Understanding of purchase orders, invoice matching, and approval workflows.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end AP processing in a high-volume environment.
• Processing invoices across multiple entities and projects.
• Reviewing POs, approvals, coding, and invoice matching for accuracy.
• Processing CapEx and asset-related invoices for construction projects.
• Ensuring accurate allocation of costs across projects, assets, and cost centres.
• Managing supplier prepayments and multi-currency payments.
• Supporting month-end close and reconciliation.
