Job summary

Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking an Accounts Payable Transactions and Resolution Officer in Parramatta, NSW. This full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract focuses on accurate processing of supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies and supporting the AP team to meet service levels.

You will work with internal stakeholders, use Microsoft Dynamics 365, and contribute to continuous improvement while delivering high-quality customer service in the not-for-profit sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
• Knowledge of procure-to-pay processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to resolve supplier queries and discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and adjustments in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Match invoices to purchasing transactions daily.
• Resolve unmatched invoices and recharge queries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fix discrepancies.
• Support KPI reporting and process improvements.
• Maintain service levels and resolve tickets per SLAs.
• Provide guidance and training where needed.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
• Handle confidential information professionally.
