Alexander Appointments is hiring an Accounts Payable professional to support a finance transformation. The role is a 12‑month fixed-term contract in Sydney's CBD, with the flexibility of two days work-from-home per week.

You will process supplier invoices, manage reconciliations, payments and supplier inquiries, while upholding controls and delivering strong customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Formación

• Proven accounts payable experience
• Strong reconciliation and problem solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication abilities

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices, credits and reimbursements within SLAs
• Perform reconciliations of supplier statements and accounts
• Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies with stakeholders
• Maintain strong financial controls and respond to supplier queries
• Support cross-functional teams with AP related needs
