  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, accuracy and productivity.
  • Assist with reporting requirements, including collecting and collating information for key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, safe and inclusive working environment while supporting the wider Accounts Payable team as required.
About you

You take pride in your accuracy, enjoy working collaboratively and can manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of service.

You’ll bring:

  • A qualification or certification in Finance, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Substantial experience in accounts payable or a similar finance operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of the procure-to-pay (P2P) process.
  • Experience processing invoices, investigating discrepancies and resolving supplier-related queries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
