Job summary

Objective, a leading SaaS provider, is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to own the end‑to‑end AP process for a multi‑entity environment. The role is permanent, full‑time and based in Sydney with a hybrid option (Bankstown or North Sydney).

You will manage supplier relationships, month‑end close, payment runs and support the Oracle NetSuite implementation while maintaining accurate AP records across currencies.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in accounts payable within a high‑volume, multi‑entity environment.
• Hands‑on Oracle NetSuite experience across accounts payable, purchase orders and approval workflows.
• Experience with three‑way matching, PO‑based procurement and GL coding.
• Understanding accruals and month‑end cut‑off.
• Experience managing payment runs across multiple entities and currencies.
• Confidence to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Intermediate Excel skills and high data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately within agreed turnaround times.
• Perform three‑way matching of POs, receipts and invoices.
• Support PO creation, approvals and invoice workflows.
• Run regular payments across multiple entities and currencies.
• Load payments to banking platforms and issue remittance advices.
• Maintain supplier master data and verify bank details.
• Respond to supplier and budget owner inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month‑end close with accurate cut‑offs and accruals.
• Provide documentation for audits and support NetSuite testing.
