Job summary

Luxury Escapes is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to manage end-to-end AP across multiple entities and currencies in Sydney. You’ll oversee invoice processing, payments, supplier relations, and month-end close while supporting Oracle NetSuite implementation and process documentation.

Ideal candidates will have strong AP experience, three-way matching expertise, and a proactive approach to AP controls, accuracy, and timely supplier communications.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in accounts payable in a high-volume environment.
• Hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience across AP processes.
• Strong three-way matching and PO-based procurement knowledge.
• Understanding of accruals and month-end cut-off processes.
• Experience running payments across multiple entities and currencies.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and three-way match to POs/receipts.
• Run multi-entity payments and manage urgent/off-cycle payments.
• Maintain supplier master data and verify bank details.
• Support PO creation, approvals, and invoice workflows.
• Assist with Oracle NetSuite testing and process documentation.
