Job summary

Eureka Group Holdings Ltd is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist in Brisbane. You will manage end-to-end supplier invoices and payments for a multi-entity group, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. You will work closely with the Group Finance team, suppliers, auditors and banking partners to maintain strong financial controls.

The role offers a flexible hybrid working model, opportunities to grow, and exposure across GST, month-end activities, and intercompany transactions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in high-volume accounts payable processing, ideally within a multi-entity environment.

• Strong understanding of GST treatment and invoice coding controls.
• The ability to manage high transaction volumes while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience with MYOB or a similar ERP system.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to build positive supplier and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end invoice process, from intake and coding to GL accounts, cost centres and entities through to approval in line with Delegation of Authority.
• Apply correct GST treatment and tax coding in line with ATO requirements.
• Prepare and process weekly and ad hoc payment runs, urgent payment requests and intercompany transfers.
• Reconcile supplier statements weekly and complete corporate credit card reconciliations.
• Support month-end close, including invoice cut-off, accrual identification and aged creditor reporting.
• Resolve supplier and stakeholder queries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests and keep AP documentation audit-ready.
• Recommend process improvements and document AP procedures.
