Job summary

Firmus Technologies, a Sydney-born global leader in AI infrastructure, seeks an AP Officer to support accurate, timely supplier invoicing and payments as we scale across multiple entities and projects.

You will handle high-volume AP, ensure PO compliance, coding accuracy, and proper cost allocation, while collaborating with procurement, project teams and finance to resolve issues and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage high-volume AP processing and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of PO approvals, coding and invoice matching.
• Experience supporting construction, infrastructure or data centre projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Accounts Payable processing in a high-volume environment
• Process large volumes of supplier invoices across entities and projects
• Review and validate purchase orders, approvals, coding, and invoice matching
• Process CapEx and asset-related invoices for construction projects
• Allocate costs accurately across projects, assets and cost centres
• Manage supplier prepayments and ensure correct allocations
• Handle multi-currency invoices and payments
• Review employee expense claims for accuracy and compliance
• Investigate invoice discrepancies with suppliers, procurement, and project teams
• Support month-end AP close activities, accruals and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
