Job summary

Engage Personnel seeks an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team in Newcastle. You will process supplier invoices across multiple entities, handle vendor inquiries, and run weekly payments while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You’ll reconcile statements, support month-end processes, and partner with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year in AP, strong Excel and ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable or similar finance role.
• Experience processing high volumes of invoices in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration across business levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of supplier invoices across multiple entities.
• Handle vendor and stakeholder enquiries professionally.
• Run weekly payment runs.
