G’day Group in Adelaide, Australia is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team. You will handle end-to-end accounts payable in a high-volume, multi-site setting and work with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office tools to process supplier payments and respond to queries.

Qualifications

• End-to-end accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple creditor accounts simultaneously.
• Organised with strong time-management and prioritisation.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage invoice approval workflow.
• Set up and manage creditor accounts.
• Process weekly creditor payments and upload ABA files.
• Coordinate remittance notices to creditors.
• Reconcile AP balance sheet accounts and creditor statements.
• Respond to supplier queries via email and phone.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to drive actions.
