You’ll inherit an established portfolio of key accounts and focus on strengthening relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional service. Supported by a business that offers complete end-to-end capabilities across design, manufacturing, technology integration, installation and ongoing support, you will have the tools and backing to genuinely add value to your customers.

This role would suit an Account Manager who enjoys being in front of clients, understanding operational challenges, and uncovering opportunities to expand existing partnerships.

Duties
  • Manage and develop an established portfolio of retail and QSR customer accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with key decision makers across operations, marketing, procurement, store development and franchise networks.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits to understand business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling across a diverse suite of branding, signage and integrated digital solutions.
  • Coordinate the delivery of projects from initial enquiry and quotation through to installation and post-project support.
  • Collaborate closely with internal project, production, design and service teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial recommendations aligned to customer objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records, account plans, forecasts and sales pipeline activity.
  • Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Resolve customer issues and service concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development or Client Relationship Management within a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing existing customer accounts through a consultative and relationship-led approach.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify, influence and convert growth opportunities within existing customer portfolios.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage customers at both corporate and site level.
  • Experience managing projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders and delivering outcomes within fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal development and customer presentations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a broader team.
  • A willingness to travel regularly to customer sites as required.
  • Highly regarded: Experience within digital signage, integrated display solutions, visual communications or customer-facing technology environments.
