Job summary

Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia is seeking an Account Manager to operate from our Melbourne Branch in Laverton North. The role involves regular travel to customer sites, identifying opportunities and acquiring new customers while growing relationships with existing clients.

You will collaborate across internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and excellent service, with potential exposure to our Management Accelerator Program to launch your corporate career within BMSA.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated account management or business development experience or strong aptitude, motivation & transferable skills.
• Effective collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.
• Regular travel within Victoria and potentially interstate.
• Comfort switching from boardroom to client sites with environments of dirt, dust, heat & cold.
• Strong commitment to safety of yourself and others.
• Valid driver’s license and work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel to BMSA and customer locations.
• Identify, evaluate & target business opportunities.
• Acquire new customers by understanding & fulfilling their requirements.
• Work with existing customers to forecast, identify solutions & increase business.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service.
