Job summary

Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia – Laverton North VIC is seeking an Account Manager to grow the customer base across Victoria. Based at Melbourne Branch, you will regularly visit BMSA sites and client locations, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions with internal teams.

Join our Management Accelerator Program to develop leadership skills across Finance, HR, IT and Field Engineering, while building foundations for future management roles within BMSA.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated account management or business development experience.
• Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Victoria and interstate.
• Valid driver’s licence and Australian work rights.
• Strong commitment to safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel to BMSA and customer locations.
• Identify, evaluate and target business opportunities.
• Acquire new customers by understanding and fulfilling their requirements.
• Work with existing customers to forecast, identify solutions and increase business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer service.

The Account Manager Role

Regular travel toBMSAand customer locations

Identify, evaluate & target business opportunities

Acquire new customers by understanding & fulfilling their requirements

About You - Essential

Demonstrated account management or business development experience orstrongaptitude, motivation & transferable skills

An effective collaborator with internal & external stakeholders

Acceptance of frequent & regular travel within Victoria & interstate

Comfortable transitioning from board room to client sites with environments of dirt, dust, heat & cold

Strong commitment to the safety of yourself & others

A valid driver’s licence & current work rights in Australia

About You – Preferred

Exposure to mining / heavy manufacturing / industrial environments

Recent graduate or within the early years of your professional journey

Develop an understanding of the business across all functions & grow into future management roles!
