Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia (BMSA) invites an Account Manager to operate from our Melbourne Branch in Laverton North while joining the Management Accelerator Program to fast-track a corporate career. You will regularly travel to client sites, identify opportunities, acquire new customers, forecast solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and growth.

We seek an Account Manager to work out of our Melbourne Branch in Laverton North while concurrently joining our Management Accelerator Program - kick start your corporate career!

The Account Manager Role

Regular travel toBMSAand customer locations

Identify, evaluate & target business opportunities

Acquire new customers by understanding & fulfilling their requirements

Work with existing customers to forecast, identify solutions & increase business

The Management Accelerator Program

Embedded regularly in business functions e.g. Finance, Logistics, Field Engineering, HR, IT etc

Learn from subject matter experts in multiple fields

About You - Essential

Demonstrated account management or business development experience orstrongaptitude, motivation & transferable skills

An effective collaborator with internal & external stakeholders

Acceptance of frequent & regular travel within Victoria & interstate

Comfortable transitioning from board room to client sites with environments of dirt, dust, heat & cold

Strong commitment to the safety of yourself & others

A valid driver’s licence & current work rights in Australia

About You – Preferred

Exposure to mining / heavy manufacturing / industrial environments

Recent graduate or within the first 5-10 years of your career journey

Develop an understanding of the business across all functions & grow into future management roles!
