Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia (BMSA) invites you to join our Melbourne branch in Laverton North as Account Manager. You will travel regularly to client sites and BMSA locations, identify opportunities and grow our customer base.

The role offers exposure across finance, logistics, field engineering, HR and IT through the Management Accelerator Program, with a clear path to future management opportunities. A strong focus on safety and customer service in mining environments is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven account management or business development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Victoria and interstate.
• Valid driver’s license and current work rights in Australia.
• Comfortable transitioning between board rooms and client sites with environments of dirt, dust, heat and cold.

Aufgaben

• Regular travel to BMSA and customer locations.
• Identify, evaluate & target business opportunities.
• Acquire new customers by understanding & fulfilling their requirements.
• Work with existing customers to forecast, identify solutions & increase business.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Forecast, plan, report & manage market intelligence.
