Job summary

Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia (BMSA) is seeking a Branch Administrator to join the Brisbane Branch in Oxley. The role is to support sales, service and technical teams with accurate admin and customer interactions.

You will manage databases, handle enquiries, quotations and invoices, coordinate on-site or off-site services and contribute to efficient branch operations. Microsoft Office proficiency and reliable teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Take and complete customer sales calls at Branch.

• Assist with inventory, freight, reports and communications.
