Job summary

Cappro Pacific is seeking an Account Manager / New Business Development for Civil Equipment Hire in Melbourne. You will manage existing civil construction accounts, drive new business, and aim to grow monthly rental revenue across the city.

With a strong field network and support from operations, you will identify opportunities, secure equipment hire for major projects and build lasting relationships with clients and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Established relationships across civil construction, infrastructure or related industries.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and win new business.
• Commercially driven with strong sales focus and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing civil construction accounts.
• Develop new business and win customers from competitors.
• Increase monthly rental revenue and identify additional hire opportunities.
• Build relationships with site managers, project managers and procurement teams.
• Identify upcoming projects and secure equipment hire opportunities.
