Job summary

Onsite Rental Group is seeking an Account Manager in Mackay, QLD to maintain and grow an existing client base while winning new business. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with the branch team to drive sales and customer satisfaction in your territory.

Key responsibilities include cold calling, attending events, preparing quotes, and maintaining CRM data. The role offers a base salary with an incentive plan and a fully maintained vehicle, with comprehensive employee

Qualifications

• Sales experience in hire/capital equipment/industrial or related industry.
• Ability & willingness to cold call, in person & by phone.
• Record of success in attracting & retaining new business.
• Capacity to work safely & autonomously in the field.
• Resilience & the ability to overcome obstacles & find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage & grow the existing customer base.
• Identify and convert new sales opportunities aligned with business plans.
• Conduct regular cold calling throughout assigned territory, increasing awareness of Onsite’s product range.
• Build & strengthen relationships with existing & potential customers, attending events & conferences.
• Prepare quotes for hire & support tender submissions.
• Communicate effectively with branch team to support sales activity & ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate client data in CRM system.
