Slattery Grays is seeking a driven Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients across industrial equipment, automotive, and general assets. This hybrid role focuses on phone-first engagement with occasional client visits, offering a clear pathway to a BDM or senior AM role.

You will work closely with BDMs and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships, meeting targets, and leveraging CRM tools to deliver exceptional service. Join a growing leader in Australia’s auction market.

• Experience in account management or client-facing sales roles.
• Track record of hitting targets and growing accounts.
• Strong communicator capable of handling tough conversations.
• Proficient using CRM to manage portfolios and stay on top of needs.

Mansioni

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts across industrial equipment, automotive, and general assets.
• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts and act on them.
• Negotiate reserves and manage clients pre-to-post sale with BDMs for clean outcomes.
• Create account plans and provide performance reporting, monitor numbers and issues.
• Resolve client issues quickly and feed input back to improve operations.
