Experience in rental or industrial sectors is advantageous. Salary base 90k-100k plus super and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in account management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and securing new customer opportunities across targeted markets.
• Building, managing and growing a strong sales pipeline across new and existing accounts.
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Conducting regular customer visits, account reviews and follow-up activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through quotation, negotiation and successful close.
• Preparing and managing quotations, proposals and hire agreements in a timely and professional manner.
• Managing the end-to-end hire process, including equipment scheduling, delivery coordination and equipment returns.
• Maintaining accurate customer, sales and opportunity records within HubSpot CRM.
• Delivering exceptional customer service by proactively resolving issues and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
