Job summary

Stramit, Australia’s leading roll formed steel manufacturer and part of the Fletcher Building Group, is seeking an Account Manager in Sydney who loves sales and building strong customer partnerships.

You will manage a premium portfolio of customers, identify new opportunities, and work with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. The role requires B2B sales and CRM experience, with energy, initiative and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, account management or customer-focused roles.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and build trusted client relationships.
• Comfort using data, sales pipelines and CRM systems to inform strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a premium portfolio of residential customer accounts across end users and resellers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and convert insights into sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned to targets and business goals.
• Maintain strong sales rhythms via customer visits, planning, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Leverage CRM data to spot trends and inform sales approaches.
• Challenge status quo and bring smart ideas to create value for customers.
