Design to Print International Pty Ltd in Dingley Village, VIC, seeks a client-focused role to manage projects from quote through to installation. You will nurture long-term client relationships, handle bookings, quotes, production coordination and invoicing, and attend on-site meetings with clients and installers as needed.

The role is hands-on and office-based with occasional on-site client interactions. Flexibility for early starts, evenings or weekends when installs are active is required,

Qualifikationen

• Experience in guiding client projects from quote to installation.
• Strong communication and proactive problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of quoting, planning, materials and installation processes.
• Willingness to work flexible hours for installs when needed.

• Generating New Clients: You will be looking to grow your client base through phone calls, asking for recommendations from existing clients and in your downtime think and look for that next lead.

Design To Print International Pty Ltd – Dingley Village VIC

Reporting directly to the 2 company directors you'll be the trusted point of contact for our clients, guiding their projects from the first quote through to a successful installation. You'll be the person clients call because they know you'll look after them, keep them informed, and make sure the job is done right. This is a hands-on, mostly office-based role, with on-site client and installer meetings as needed.

Key responsibilities
