Job summary

Dashing is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee activations, retail and print campaigns across a diverse client portfolio in Australia. You’ll manage client briefs, production, delivery and installation, collaborating with Creative, Production and suppliers to ensure campaigns run smoothly, on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes strong client service, print knowledge and the ability to handle multiple campaigns with competing priorities and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management experience in print, POS, retail marketing or brand activations
• Strong technical print knowledge, incl. estimating with suppliers and installers
• Experience delivering visual merchandising, retail displays or fabricated solutions using timber, metal and acrylic
• Solid understanding of campaign coordination, physical production and brand experience execution
• Experience managing budgets, estimates, timelines and campaign documentation
• Confident communicating with clients and managing day-to-day stakeholder expectations

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and become the trusted day-to-day partner
• Manage end-to-end client campaigns from brief through to production, delivery and installation
• Lead client WIP meetings and provide updates on progress, timelines and risks
• Oversee print, POS, visual merchandising production, including estimates and logistics
• Coordinate artwork uploads, install guides and run sheets
• Maintain accurate internal and external campaign information and trackers
• Identify risks and opportunities early and escalate as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and installation partners
• Contribute to continuous improvement of account management processes
