Job summary

Dashing in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive retail campaigns from brief to delivery. You’ll manage client relationships, coordinate production and installation, and act as the liaison between clients and internal teams.

You’ll bring 3+ years in account management within print/retail marketing, strong communication, and proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns, vendors and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, client service or project management within print, POS, retail marketing or brand activations.
• Experience managing campaigns from brief through production and delivery.
• Strong coordination between clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships and act as day-to-day contact for campaigns.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs and track timelines and risks.
• Oversee print and POS production, bookings, artwork approvals and deliveries.
• Coordinate suppliers and installation partners to ensure seamless delivery.
