Job summary

Fire Rescue Victoria is seeking an Account Executive to build and sustain strong relationships with key customer accounts within the Fire Equipment Services ecosystem. Based in Blackburn, you will oversee end-to-end service delivery, coordinate with technicians and contractors, and drive project success from tender through completion.

You will apply knowledge of fire protection equipment, Australian Standards, and the National Construction Code to provide tailored solutions and ensure outcomes

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business, fire protection, or related discipline.
• Experience within the fire protection industry or a similar technical service environment.
• Proven experience coordinating service delivery through technicians, contractors or field-based workforces.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards, the NCC and Essential Safety Measures requirements.
• Strong account management, stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual and customer expectations.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Provide technical advice and tailored solutions to customers and stakeholders.
• Manage projects from planning through to delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams, technicians and contractors to deliver services.
