Job summary

Force Fire Services P/L in New South Wales is seeking a customer-focused Key Accounts Manager to own a portfolio of key clients across our fire protection maintenance and compliance services.

You will build strong client relationships, act as the main contact for service queries and escalations, coordinate with technicians and project teams, monitor contracts, KPIs and SLAs, and conduct client meetings and site visits to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client relationships or service coordination.
• Fire protection or building services experience is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of fire systems — wet/dry, detection, passive fire, EWIS etc.
• Strong communication, organisation and commercial skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
