Many Rivers Regional Housing Management Services Aboriginal Corporation in Lismore NSW is seeking a Community Engagement & Tenant Support Coordinator to strengthen connections with Aboriginal tenants and local services, helping families access support and improve housing outcomes.

You will work with tenants, community organisations and Housing Services to develop programs, coordinate practical assistance and encourage tenant participation while upholding confidentiality and cultural safety.

Formación

• Experience in community engagement, tenant support, housing or related field.
• Understanding of Aboriginal communities and culturally safe services.
• Ability to build trust with diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with tenants and community organisations to strengthen connections.
• Coordinate practical support and connect people with services.
• Develop programs that encourage tenant participation and wellbeing.
• Support housing officers to identify and address tenancy issues early.
• Maintain accurate records and report on community initiatives.
