Homes North Community Housing – Armidale NSW is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to lead tenant engagement initiatives and strengthen community connections. The role focuses on empowering tenants, fostering inclusive participation, and delivering community-based projects.

You will collaborate with tenants, groups and stakeholders, ensuring tenant voices guide service delivery. The position is 35 hours per week based in Armidale with travel to other regions, offering a meaningful

Formación

• Experience in Social Housing, Welfare, Community Development or Tenant Participation.
• Certificate IV in Social Housing, Community Development or Community services desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in a client-focused role.
• Current Drivers Licence.
