Qualifications

• Experience engaging with Aboriginal communities

• Understanding of Victorian Aboriginal justice issues

Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful case management for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal clients, focusing on behaviour change and corrective orders
• Create culturally tailored support plans for Aboriginal clients
• Assess risk factors and develop individualised case plans to aid rehabilitation
• Provide expert advice to senior leaders on culturally safe approaches
• Build partnerships with Aboriginal organisations and support services
• Attend Koori Court to provide advice and support as needed
