Qualifications

• Experience using evidence-based case management frameworks.
• Ability to communicate sensitively with Aboriginal people and communities.
• Knowledge of issues affecting Aboriginal people in the justice system.
• Experience with individuals with complex needs.
• Willingness to apply strengths-based, culturally informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful case management for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal clients.
• Create tailored cultural support plans for Aboriginal clients.
• Assess risk factors and develop individualised case plans.
• Provide expert advice to senior leaders on culturally safe approaches.
• Build partnerships with Aboriginal organisations and support services; attend Koori Court as needed.
