• Understanding of Victorian Aboriginal community and cultures.
• Strong case management skills and experience.
• Experience with individuals with complex needs.
• Ability to apply theory to practice—planning interventions.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Delivering meaningful case management for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal clients, focused on behaviour change and completing correctional orders.
• Creating tailored cultural support plans to meet the needs of Aboriginal clients.
• Assessing risk factors and developing individualized case plans to support rehabilitation and reduce reoffending.
• Providing expert advice to senior leaders and community teams on culturally safe approaches.
• Building partnerships with Aboriginal organisations and support services to improve access to resources.
• Attending Koori Court to provide advice and support as needed.
