Qualificações

• Previous events or hospitality experience in premium/5-star settings.
• Warm, friendly, service-driven personality.
• Polished presentation and professional demeanour.
• Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
• Strong communication with senior executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver warm, professional front-of-house service to clients and guests.
• Coordinate and execute internal and client-facing events.
• Provide administrative support to the Events team.
• Liaise with executives and stakeholders across the business.
• Assist with room bookings, guest arrivals, catering and AV setup.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of concierge and event spaces.
• Assist daily F&B services for tea/coffee service.
• Manage internal booking system for daily meetings and events.
