Job summary

Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney, part of Amora Hotels Group, seeks a Full Time Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and share Sydney tips while ensuring a spectacular stay.

You will collaborate with teams to ensure seamless operations and unforgettable experiences, reflecting Amora's guest-centric culture and 7-day rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong grooming and presentation standards.
• Flexible to work a 7-day rotating roster with 2 shifts per week.
• Warm, friendly personality with attention to detail.
• Experience with Opera or Opera Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide insider tips on Sydney and personalised recommendations.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless operations.
