Job summary

Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney is seeking motivated casual Commis Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team in the heart of Sydney. The role involves assisting in the creation and execution of exquisite culinary offerings, embracing innovative techniques to delight guests, and maintaining impeccable hygiene and presentation standards.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of A la Carte or Banquet experience and a positive, growth-oriented attitude.

The Role

The successful candidates will be required to:

• Have at least 3 years of A 'la Carte or Banquet experience.
• Work closely with our team of seasoned chefs to ensure our dish reflects our commitment to excellence.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise workload and work on a rotating roster
• Perfect your craft with strong attention to details, precision and finesse, ensuring every dish is a masterpiece.
• Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation at all times.
