Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services – Erskine Park NSW is seeking a motivated 3PL Account Manager to manage a portfolio of about 30 client accounts and deliver exceptional service.

You will nurture relationships, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, and collaborate with operations to exceed client expectations. The role combines account management and business development and supports a flexible work-from-home option one day per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or a similar role within 3PL, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a passion for growing accounts.
• Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Managing and nurturing a portfolio of approximately 30 accounts.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Conducting regular client meetings via Teams.
• Resolving customer issues and ensuring service excellence.
• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and grow client accounts.
• Collaborating with operational teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
• Building long-term relationships and driving customer retention.
