Job summary

PERSOL is partnering with a growing logistics business based in Erskine Park, NSW, Australia to recruit a 3PL Account Manager who thrives on relationships, problem solving and delivering excellent customer service. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of around 30 client accounts, ensuring service excellence, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts.

This is a hybrid role with one day per week of work from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or a similar role within 3PL, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a passion for growing accounts.
• Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• A bubbly personality with a genuine passion for client engagement.
• Keen, eager, and motivated to build a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Managing and nurturing a portfolio of 30 accounts
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients
• Conducting regular client meetings via Teams
• Resolving customer issues and ensuring service excellence
• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and grow client accounts
• Collaborating with operational teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded
• Building long-term relationships and driving customer retention
