Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services – Erskine Park NSW is seeking a motivated 3PL Account Manager to manage a portfolio of about 30 client accounts and deliver exceptional service.

You will nurture relationships, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, and collaborate with operations to exceed client expectations. The role combines account management and business development and supports a flexible work-from-home option one day per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or a similar role within 3PL, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a passion for growing accounts.

Responsibilities

PERSOL are partering with our client and are looking for a person who loves building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a motivated and energetic 3PL Account Manager to join a growing logistics business based in Erskine Park.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on managing client relationships while also identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 30 client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.

Responsibilities include:
