Job summary

PERSOL is partnering with a growing logistics business based in Erskine Park, NSW, Australia to recruit a 3PL Account Manager who thrives on relationships, problem solving and delivering excellent customer service. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of around 30 client accounts, ensuring service excellence, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts.

This is a hybrid role with one day per week of work from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or a similar role within 3PL, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a passion for growing accounts.

Responsibilities

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on managing client relationships while also identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 30 client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.

Responsibilities include:
