You will act as the liaison between clients and operations, deliver high-level service, manage SLAs, and collaborate with sales, operations and HR to provide exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts to meet revenue and service targets.
• Deliver high-level customer service through regular site visits, issue resolution, and proactive relationship management.
• Develop account management plans, ensuring adherence to SLAs and commercial objectives.
• Promote Programmed’s full suite of services and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Support onboarding of new clients in line with compliance and company procedures.
• Monitor site activity, fill rates, and timesheet accuracy to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, HR) to deliver quality outcomes.
