Job summary

Optus Port Macquarie is seeking an Assistant Store Manager / 2IC to support the Store Manager in building a high‑performing team and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will lead by example, coach staff, and maintain a welcoming, customer‑first store environment.

You’ll also oversee daily operations, handle escalated inquiries with professionalism, and drive engagement and continual improvement within the team. This is a genuine leadership role with growth opportunities.
