Job summary

Optus in Sydney's Carnes Hill is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager / 2IC to lead a friendly, target-driven team. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences and coach colleagues to perform at their best.

This role focuses on energising the team, managing daily store operations, and uplifting performance while maintaining a welcoming, customer-first environment.
