Optus Wynnum is seeking an Assistant Store Manager / 2IC to lead a dynamic retail team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to energise staff, coach team members and deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor.

You will drive performance, culture, and daily operations while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. Prior retail leadership and a passion for development are essential for success.

Responsibilities
