The Windsor Castle Hotel is seeking a 2IC / Assistant Manager to work closely with the General Manager, guiding day-to-day operations and enhancing guest experience for long-term success.

With a minimum of 2+ years in hospitality, you will lead teams across shifts, drive guest satisfaction, and help manage budgets and compliance. RSA/RCG/ARCG certifications are essential, and there is a clear path for growth within Harvest Hospitality.
